How much does engraving and personalization cost?
Our personalization is free and included in the trophy purchase cost. No additional cost to have unlimited text and logo / pictures / artworks on the trophies.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is determined by the weight and size of the awards. Shipping will be calculated at checkout, and you will be able to choose the shipping carrier and speed during order checkout.
How do I add items to the order that I already placed?
You can place a second order for the new items and mention in the notes section that you want to link this order to the previous order number ______. Alternatively you can email us about the new order and provide the requirements over email.
I received my order and an item was broken/missing. what do I do?
